Can I use a previously purchased ladder with your pool?
We recommend using the ladders that come with your pool since it is brand new, and older equipment is usually more prone to breaking due to wear and tear. Keep in mind that having a ladder that is too small or too large is a hazard so if it doesn’t fit your current pool, do not use it. Funsicle ladders that are provided with our pools are designed to be easily removed when not in use, which is critical for safety to prevent unintended access to the pool.
Is the ladder safe to use if it is a little wobbly?
No, it is not. Please make sure that your ladder is solid and secure before using it. A wobbly ladder could lead to serious injury.
Will the ladder feet damage the liner?
As long as the ladder is assembled correctly and the end caps are securely in place, it shouldn’t cause any damage to the liner.
