        • Funsicle offers free ground shipping for all orders over 75 USD.
        • Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States.
        • At this time we do not ship to Canada or Mexico.

        Standard Shipping

        Funsicle partners with proven carriers UPS and FedEx. All shipment times are shown in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

        Shipping times are subject to each carrier's daily cut-off time, and dependent upon warehouse turnaround.

        • Standard Ground Shipping: 1-5 business days
        • Second Day Air: 2 business days after shipment
        • Next Day (Overnight Air): 1 business day after shipment

        Check Your Info More than Once

        Due to variances in tax laws from state to state, once an order has been placed, we cannot alter the shipping address. Ensure that all of your information is correct before placing your order.

         

        Shipping & Order Confirmations

        1. You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed.
        2. A second email will be sent when your order has been shipped.
        3. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.
        4. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the details of your shipment including the freight carrier's name, contact information, and tracking number.

        Vital Things To Know

        • Most orders will be delivered in 1-5 business days within the Contiguous United States.
        • Destination times vary depending on weather, distance, and accessibility to your city. Some cities, including lower-populated areas, may require additional time because the carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier.
        • Shipping times are only estimated and not guaranteed. Times may fluctuate due to inventory availability, holidays, and weekends.
        • Any damage to contents should be reported upon receiving.
        • On items over 150 lbs., your item will be delivered curbside, meaning to the end of your driveway, by an LTL freight carrier. Your item will arrive in an oversized box that is banded to a pallet. (see Freight Shipment Policy). On items under 150 lbs., your item will be delivered to the front of your residence by either UPS or FedEx
        • Delivery drivers do not help bring the product into your home or up any stairs.
        • Certain remote and difficult delivery locations within the United States may incur additional shipping charges. Funsicle Customer Service will contact you after purchase if this applies to your order to discuss options.
        • Refused shipments and all orders canceled after the product has shipped will be subject to return freight charges. Once we receive the product back in our warehouse, your refund will be issued, minus the cost of return shipping and a restocking fee.
        • Holiday Season Note: Once your order is received and processed, in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days due to elevated order volumes.

        Returns

        • Floats, Inflatables, Inflatable Pools & Accessories: You have 30 days once your items are delivered to return them.
        • Above Ground Pools (AGP): You have 1-year once your AGP is delivered to return it.
        • Items will only be accepted if they are in resalable condition and back in the original packaging.
        • Note that there are return conditions, such as no damage due to improper care, that may stop a return from processing.
        • For any Funsicle product returned, there is a 20% restocking fee. You are responsible for any return shipping costs.
